Another award for a highly-acclaimed Miami Hurricanes football player.
The University of Miami has a tremendous history of producing top-notch defensive linemen. Among many greats, Cortez Kennedy, Jerome Brown, Warren Sapp, Russell Maryland, Kenny Holmes, Kenard Lang, Bill Hawkins, and Calais Campbell donned The U helmet.
One of Miami’s most famous graduates would be former defensive tackle Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Known even more for his exploits in Hollywood and in the wrestling ring, he is now included in the Polynesian College Football Hall of Fame.
