2025 WBB four-star Camille Williams commits to Miami

2025 womens basketball four-star guard out of Fort Worth, Texas selected the Hurricanes in preference over teams such as Wisconsin, California, Arkansas, among others.

The 6-foot combo guard is currently ranked No. 98 in the ESPNW 100. The Boswell High School product is considered a four-star recruit and rated at a 91 on a scale of 1 to 100.

The individual, hailing from Forth Worth, Texas, stands at a height of 6 feet and is proficiently positioned as a point guard, though she possesses the versatility to also play the two guard position. Leveraging her stature, she excels in the post, utilizing her physical advantage to great effect.

“I’m very fast-paced,” Williams said. “I think I have a pretty high IQ. I hear from coaches that my IQ is pretty high. I can see the floor very well and I can get my teammates in the right positions. I feel like I’m good on the offensive end and defensive end. I feel like that’s a good thing for me as well – I can play any position. Obviously, I’d rather be a point guard, but I think I’m very versatile as well.” She told On3

Williams has been active on Nike’s Girl’s Elite Youth Basketball League circuit this summer. The rising senior racked up multiple 20-point performances during the EYBL Nationals last week.

During her junior season, Williams averaged 19.6 points, 8.7 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 3.5 steals per game in 41 appearances for Boswell.
