2026 LB Izaiya Williams back on the market, has Miami in his top three
The Miami Hurricanes coaching staff is now involved in 2025 linebacker’s Izaiya Williams recruitment after he opened his recruitment back up after he was committed to Syracuse for a while, he put the Miami Hurricanes, Florida Gators, and the Florida State Seminoles among his top three schools that he will be choosing which seems like there is more of a lean toward the Florida Gators according to On3.
“It’s really because I know when it’s time for to go college I’m going to want to stay in Florida.” He told Rivals
Williams just recently was down there at Miami’s cookout about a week ago and days after he decommitted.
He finished his sophomore season with 40 total tackles, six tackles for loss, two sacks, one interception, three pass breakups, and two forced fumbles.
Williams is the No. 49 overall prospect and No. 5 safety in the class of 2026. He ranks as the No. 3 safety and No. 6 player in Florida, according to On3 Sports.
