4-star Big Man Emmanuel Stephen puts the Hurricanes in his top 5
One of the top in-state men’s basketball prospects in the class of 2024 has the Miami Hurricanes in his final five schools.
Emmanuel Stephen, a 4-star center for Dream City Christian, announced he is down to Miami, USC, Arizona, Michigan and Kansas.
Stephen is ranked the No. 85 prospect in the class according to 247Sports, as well as the No. 15 center and No. 4 prospect in Arizona. Originally from Nigeria.
The Hurricanes only have two true bigs on the entire roster for next season. One is the well-known Norchad Omier, with the other being three-star freshman center, Michael Nwoko. Whether Omier opts to return for a 5th year or not, there’s definitely playing time available for Stephen to develop.
