4-star RB Byron Louis sets commitment date; Miami included to his top four schools

Four-star American Heritage running back Bryon Louis has put the Miami Hurricanes in his top four schools has he just scheduled his commitment date to September 21st.

Louis is recognized as the 193rd overall prospect for the Class of 2025, ranking first among running backs and 27th overall in the talent-rich state of Florida, as per the 247Sports composite ranking.

Miami holds a significant bond with the back, as the Hurricanes are a prominent contender in his recruitment. However, the Canes will be competing against Georgia, Florida State, and Wisconsin, all of whom are interested in securing the four-star back.

Miami and Florida State along with Georgia are seen as the biggest threats in his recruitment, but I also would not count out Wisconsin.

We observed him in action yesterday during the game against the Milton 2025 quarterback, Luke Nickell who is committed to Miami. In a pivotal moment, Byron delivered a decisive play, splitting right up the middle, resulting in a significant touchdown for the Patriots.

According to the Miami Herald, “He has been leaning on a few American Heritage alums, including Fletcher, Sony Michel, and Khalil Herbert, to help him through the process.”
