4-star, top-10 national cornerback Ben Hanks Jr. sets Miami official visit

Four-star cornerback Ben Hanks Jr. out of Florida, one of the top cornerbacks across the country in the 2025 class, has scheduled a official visit to Miami in the summer his visit will last to June 21, to the 23rd.

Listed at 6-foot-1 and 160 pounds on the 247Sports Website, Hanks has accumulated nearly 30 scholarship offers from a range of high-major programs throughout his recruiting process.

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine projects Miami with a 63.0 percent chance for a commitment from Hanks. Gaining a commitment from the Miami (Fla.) Booker T. Washington star would help set a foundation for the 2023 class.

Hanks’ father Ben was a defensive back and linebacker at Florida from 1992 through 1994.

Currently, 247Sports is the most bullish on him, ranking Hanks at No. 71 nationwide, No. 8 at cornerback and No. 12 in Florida within his class.

Hanks has 73 tackles, two tackles for loss, eight interceptions, 11 pass breakups, four fumble recoveries, one forced fumble and two blocked field goals in his first three high school seasons.
