4-star WR Vernall Brown says Miami ´Is in Top 10´ Coming off Miami’s Junior Day Visit
Four-star wide receiver Vernell Brown III out of Orlando (Florida) talked with CanesToday and he told us that when he will release his top 10 schools he told us that the Hurricanes will be in that list.
¨My recruitment with Miami is going well! They are recruiting me really hard! Hopefully i’ll get back up there for a spring practice.¨said Vernell.
Brown is ranked No. 279 overall and No. 16 at the athlete position nationally according to the 247Sports composite while the On3 industry ranking has him at No. 307 nationally and No. 44 at the wide receiver position. On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine has Florida on top with a 44.0% chance of signing him, followed by the South Florida Bulls (10.3%), Florida State Seminoles (8.8%) and Miami Hurricanes (7.4%).
To date, Brown has compiled 68 receptions for 812 yards and 11 touchdowns offensively and 30 tackles, four interceptions (including one pick-six) and two fumble recoveries defensively in his varsity football career.
