At The Half: Miami 24, Florida 10

One half of football has been played between Miami and Florida in Coral Gables, and if you lived the 34-game home opener winning streak as a Gator fan you might be hating watching this game. Miami manhandled Florida for the first 30 minutes, bringing our halftime score to a 24-10 lead for Miami at the break.

More Ward? More Ward

Despite the interception, Florida couldn’t get out of the first quarter without taking another dose of Cam Ward. After Miami’s defense forced Florida into another punt, Ward has been nightmare fuel.

In the first half of football, Cam Ward threw for 173 yards of 16-20 of passing with an interception along with a touchdown.

Florida got on the board late

Miami had took some bad holes nearly at the end of the 1st quarter which led to a Montrell Johnson 71 touchdown on the Hurricanes.
