Bernie Kosar reveals Parkinson’s, liver disease diagnoses

Former Miami Hurricane and Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar has been diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver and Parkinson’s Disease

Kosar was placed on the liver transplant list this past spring, according to the report.  Kosar’s doctors have told him there is a 90% chance he will eventually need a transplant.

He is also facing a battle against Parkinson’s a neurodegenerative disease that affects the brain. 

Before the Browns’ game against the New York Jets last December he said he felt ill before the game kick-off.
