EDGE: Booker Pickett Jr. thinks Miami’s defense is ‘the real deal’ after watching them play against Texas A&M

One of the top EDGE in the country is coming off of a game visit and is very surprised in this Hurricanes defensive line and the atmosphere. There were over 100 recruits at the Miami Hurricanes game versus Texas A&M. And Booker Pickett Jr. was just one of them, he has just been crystal balled to Miami.

Booker Pickett Jr. ranks as the No. 190 player and No. 13 EDGE nationally. He hails from Tampa, Florida, and ranks as the No. 27 player in the Sunshine State.

He lists at 6’3″ and 208 pounds, with an incredibly productive junior season last year with 30 sacks. He has an elite first step, but will need to spend some time in a college strength and conditioning program to add to much-needed size.

Hopefully we can see you in that Orange & Green Pickett!
