Jalil Bethea projected to go in 1st round of 2025 NBA Mock Draft

As Kyshawn George is getting settled in at Washington, reporters and analyst are now looking far ahead of the next NBA Draft as CBS releasing a Way Too Early predictions and Miami’s Jalil Bethea was named.

According to the latest 2025 NBA mock draft from CBS Sports, Miami upcoming freshman Jalil Bethea is projected to go to the Orlando Magic with the No. 12 pick in the draft.

Bethea is a prolific shot-maker with explosive athleticism that bloomed late into his high school career. At 6-foot-5, he has a knack for making shots off the catch and pull while having shown promising flashes as a playmaker.

Bethea, who was named a McDonald’s All-American selection earlier this year, led Archbishop Wood to the Class 6A state tournament semifinals, averaging 23.2 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.5 steals per game through 27 contests.

Depending on how he does at Miami his draft stock could definitely rise but he does got to add muscle on him.
