Miami suffered their second straight loss as they were surprised at home by a struggling Louisville squad Wednesday night. The Hurricanes fell to 11-4 overall and 2-2 in the ACC as they try to get back in the win column in this contest.

Miami stumbled against a team they should have taken care of business against the Louisville Cardinals. The Hurricanes led by five early, trailed by eight in the first half and regrouped to lead by four at halftime. Miami led by nine with 15:02 to play in the game before seeing things unravel. The Hurricanes trailed by five with five minutes to play, tied the game at 71 with 3:28 remaining and went scoreless the rest of the way as Louisville tallied the final nine points of the contest. Miami shot only 38.8% from the floor, including 11 of 34 from three-point range, and sputtered to an eight of 15 showing at the charity stripe. Matthew Cleveland led the Hurricanes with 22 points and 12 rebounds in the loss.
