Miami commit Luke Nickel says that there are two schools that are trying to pursue him

Miami Hurricanes 2025 quarterback commit Luke Nickel just wrapped up his official visit this morning while he head back home, but he told CaneSport of On3 that there was two schools recruiting him and trying to flip him from Miami.

Can you guess them? You guessed right if you said FSU, and South Carolina.

Nickel was at the  Elite 11 Finals, which is considered the premier competition event for high school quarterbacks in the country. He was one of the top performers at the Elite 11 Regionals in Atlanta, which earned him a spot.

Nickel led his Milton High School Football team to a state championship in 2023 and will make another run at a title in 2024.

He had some impressive throws with his team in a seven-on-seven tournament at Georgia Tech on Wednesday.

Now he will be taking an official visit to Miami this weekend and lets see what the Hurricanes could do to close the deal on his recruitment.
