Miami Football: Hurricanes offer 2025 WR Thomas Blackshear
Calvary Day School (Savannah, Georgia) wide receiver Thomas Blackshear has already picked up a few ACC offers heading into his junior year of high school and now the Miami Hurricanes are getting interested.
The hometown Bulldogs are on top of Blackshear’s recruitment, according to On3’s recruiting prediction machine. Behind Georgia‘s 56.4% leading odds to land Blackshear are South Carolina (4.5%), Florida (3.8%) and Auburn (3.2%).
Blackshear is a three-star recruit by On3’s measure. He’s ranked No. 41 among wide receivers in his class and is the 36th-best recruit out of Georgia. 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals.com have yet to grade him, which means there isn’t enough data for any composite rankings.
The Hurricanes offered Blackshear on Saturday afternoon and is looking to consider some dates to visit Coral Gables. He’s still getting to know the program, but a gameday visit to Hard Rock might help catch him up to speed.
