Miami Forward Lynn Kidd Listed Top 10 Best ACC Transfer For Next Season

According to a 247Sports post Virginia Tech transfer forward Lynn Kidd which is now at Miami was named a top 10 best transfer for next season in the ACC, he was named at No. 9 transfer.

Kidd finished third in voting for the ACC’s Most Improved Player this season after averaging 13.2 points and 6.5 rebounds per game, upticks from marks of 5.0 and 3.4, respectively, last season. He led the conference in field goal percentage and ranked fourth nationally at 66.8 percent. 

He scored in double figures in 24 of Tech’s 33 games this season, highlighted by a 31-point, 11-rebound double-double on Dec. 21 vs. American.

His third season, second season in Blacksburg, is when things started to change for Lynn. Kidd only started 5 games but was averaging double digit minutes and took a clear step forward with his confidence. During his true junior season, Lynn averaged 5 points and 3.4 rebounds per game in just 12.7 minutes of action across 31 games, shooting 66.4% from the field.
