Miami has reached out to 2026 4-star C Marcus Ponder since the contact period began
Miami has reached out to Overtime Elite four-star center Marcus Ponder.
Since the contact period began he has heard from these schools Miami, Georgetown, Georgia, Providence, Virginia Tech, Stanford, Illinois, LIU Brooklyn, and Murray State.
Back in September he took a unofficial visit to Coral Gables to see what the Hurricanes were about.
Parker stands at 6-foot-11 and weighs 328 pounds, he is considered a four-star prospect ranked No. 50 overall and the sixth-best center in the 2026 class according to the 247Sports composite rankings. Â
He uses his frame very well and he sets screen well and rebounding the area.
He plays with Team Breakdown in the Under Armour Association summer circuit.
