Miami Hurricanes LB Francisco Mauigoa Leads the country with the best run defensive grade
Miami Hurricanes linebackers has been one of the most problems in the last 5 years if you ask the fans and how poor there tackling and effort has been. However, with the help of the 2023 transfer portal class Miami added Washington State transfer Francisco Mauigoa, with the help of him “Kiko” leads all of College Football in Run Defense with a 90.8 grade by PFF.
Mauigoa played in all of Miami’s seven games, with all those seven games combined Mauigoa racked up with 22 solo tackles, two sacks, two forced fumbles, and has one interception.
In “Kiko’s” previous game against Clemson he had a career high at six-total tackles, four solo tackles, two assist tackles, and with one sack.
