Miami Hurricanes News: 3-star SS Ryan Mack verbally commits to the Hurricanes

Miami Hurricanes have continued to grow their 2024 recruiting class, this time landing safety prospect Ryan Mack. Mack is a 5-foot-11, 165 pound safety.

He is ranked the No. 514 in the class of 2024, No. 50 safety in his position group, and the No. 75 in the sunshine state he will be working with James Williams and Kam Kitchens which is two All-ACC players.

“It means a lot” Mack said about what Miami means to the family. He been watching the Hurricane games since he was little.

Mack committed to Miami over many power five schools such as Alabama, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Maryland, Ole Miss, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Purdue, and South Carolina.

Mack plays for St. Thomas Aquinas out of Fort Lauderdale over there he worked primarily at cornerback and Aquinas ended up going 14-0 and captured a Florida 3M title. Credited with 21 tackles, 7 PBU, 2 interceptions, and 1 force fumble. At St. Thomas Aquinas there has been a lot of recruits that had success at Miami such as Al Blades Jr, Avery Huff, and Anthony Moten in recent years.
