Miami is expecting to host No. 5 prospect in 2026 TE Kendre Harrison

Miami football is buzzing with excitement as they gear up to host another big time weekend on the recruiting trail this week, but if we fast forward to June 21 the Hurricanes just scheduled a visit with the No. 5 prospect in the class of 2026 tight end Kendre Harrison.

Harrison will visit the Hurricanes thru June 21 to the 23rd.

This kid is no ordinary athlete this kid is a two-sport-star athlete that he plays both basketball, and football and is being highly recruited in both. He said that wherever he goes he wants to play both basketball and football at that school.

Harrison currently feels like Florida State, LSU, North Carolina, Oregon and Penn State are recruiting him the hardest, he told On3.

According to the On3 Industry Rankings Harrison is the No. 6 prospect in the 2026 class. At his high school he logged in 62 receptions for 940 yards and 16 touchdowns during his sophomore season on the gridiron; he also averaged 19.4 points, 15.1 rebounds, and 3.7 blocks per game on the basketball court. Reidsville won state championships in both sports, indicating how important Harrison was to the school in each.
