Miami is one of three schools battling for four-star LB Christian Jones

Miami is one of just three schools battling it out for four-star linebacker Christian Jones out of Omaha, (NE).

Oklahoma, Miami and Nebraska are all of finalists.

“Probably going to commit three games into the season,” Jones said,  He told On3.

Westside is where he plays and they just put together one of the most dominant seasons in recent memory. The team finished with a 13-0 record, including a 49-0 state championship victory over Bellevue West.

In that season, the athlete, weighing 215 pounds and standing 6 feet 3 inches tall, recorded a total of 69 tackles, including 14 tackles for loss, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one interception. Additionally, Jones significantly contributed to the offensive side, achieving 20 receptions for 548 yards and scoring nine touchdowns.

Jones is considered a top 100 overall recruit in the 2025 class by 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals.
