Miami is still a big time threat in 2025 4-star WR Cortez Mills

It has been said by Tom Loy of 247Sports that Miami is a big time threat in 2025 four-star wide receivers Cortez Mills recruitment.

Here is what Tom Loy had to say about his recruitment.

Clemson is the leader for him. He said as much on Sunday at the OT7 Championship in Tampa. The Tigers staff (commits and players as well) blew him away during the official visit. That said, while they lead now, watch out for Miami. The Hurricanes are absolutely still a threat here. They get the last crack at him as well, so Clemson is going to have to sweat this one for a bit. But right now, Clemson absolutely leads. In addition, NIL is absolutely in favor of Miami in this situation and if that plays a factor, it could help sway things back in favor of the Hurricanes, the place where I initially had a Crystal Ball.

Mills is a 6-1 170-pound wide receiver from Homestead High School out of Homestead, Florida. The four-star prospect made 53 catches in 11 games for 1,136 yards and two touchdowns.

Mills also has been impressed early on by the Huskers as well as by the Miami Hurricanes.

Miami holds seven commitments in their 2025 recruiting class.
