Miami Makes Top Four For 2025 EDGE Herbert Scroggins Ahead of His Commitment Date
Georgia Tech currently has a top 35 recruiting class and one of the best months of June of anyone across the nation and they are hoping that they can add to that before the month is over. The Hurricanes have added 4 prospects in the month of June and it does not feel like they are done just yet.
One of the tagets that they still have on the board in 2025 is edge rusher Herbert Scroggins, a three-star player who plays at Benedictine Military School in Savannah, GA. Scroggins is set to announce his commitment choice next Tuesday and his top four schools are Miami, Auburn, Georgia Tech, and North Carolina. Scroggins is slated to visit Miami this weekend.
“I’m looking for the feel for the school the engineering program I’m trying to see I can play football and graduate with a degree in engineering”.
Herbert also told us that he has scheduled a commitment date:
“I’m looking at every team the same right now I’m taking notes so after I settle down and review everything on the 25th I will be making a decision”
Scroggins was named a 4-star recruit in November and played with the style of a wrecking ball in his junior campaign with the Cadets with 84 tackles, including 10 for losses, with 12 sacks, 14 QB hurries and a pair of fumble recoveries to earn All-Greater Savannah first-team honors for the second year in a row.
