Miami offensive line was ‘physical’ in win over Texas A&M

Improving the offensive line was a top priority for Miami head coach Mario Cristobal in the offseason. The Hurricanes made a change at offensive coordinator and added three offensive line transfers to the roster.  Improvement was vital for Alex Mirabal position group. The Hurricanes looked better against a talented Texas A&M defensive line.

Tyler Van Dyke was sacked only once in 30 drop backs. Miami did not give up free runners, allowing Van Dyke to sit in the pocket comfortably and delivery great balls to the wide receivers, and allowing Van Dyke to throw for 374-yards, 5 touchdowns, and no picks.
