Miami opens as a two-score underdog vs. Florida State

Miami will travel to Tallahassee to play Mike Norvell and the Florida State Seminoles as two-score underdogs next Saturday at Doak Campbell Stadium.

According to the FanDuel Sportsbooks, Miami has opened as a 14-point underdog against the Seminoles with the over/under set at 51.5. FSU is still undefeated (9-0) with them coming off of a scary first half, but they ended up still getting the win against Pittsburgh, they ended up winning 24-7. Kickoff at Doak is scheduled for Saturday, Nov 11 at 3:30 p.m. EST on ABC.

So far this season, Miami (6-3) is 4-4-0 against the spread, failing to cover the spread in all of the most recent losses to Nc State, UNC, and Georgia Tech. UM also failed to cover the spread when they hosted Bethune Cookman in Week 3. Meanwhile, FSU is 6-2-0 against the spread this season and is undefeated at home.

Looking at ESPN’s Matchup Predictor, the analytics are giving FSU a 85.0 percent chance to beat Miami.
