Miami QB commit Luke Nickel gives us some feedback on the Canes cookout ‘it was amazing’
Miami Hurricanes 2025 quarterback Luke Nickel was in attendance for the Miami’s annual cookout visit and he really did enjoy it.
“Cookout was amazing. All the guys bonded and we had a good time.” said Nickel.
Nickel led his Milton High School Football team to a state championship in 2023 and will make another run at a title in 2024, now looking for a return for his senior year to do the same thing.
According to the 247Sports rankings, Luke Nickel is considered as a four-star, placing him at No. 21 among quarterbacks in his class, No. 244 nationally, and the No. 35 in Georgia.
Luke is among just 50 recruits that will be there so building relationships with the players to will be a huge thing for us.
In the last two seasons, Nickel delivered an impressive 6,421 passing yards, completing 62.7% of his passes with 63 touchdowns and just 13 interceptions.
