We are still over two months away from the 2024 college football season. Miami will begin the season against Florida in Gainesville. Predictions are starting to come in for the fall and Grant Hughes of 247Sports predicted the win/loss total for all ACC teams and had an interesting takeaway on the Hurricanes final record.

For Miami, Hughes has them going 11-1 overall and 7-1 in the conference. He has them losing to only Florida State on homecoming. He had them predicted to finish second in the ACC behind Florida State.

Here is what Hughes said about the Hurricanes:

“Miami has been fool’s gold the past few seasons. Is this the year the Hurricanes finally break out? Mario Cristobal and Co. finished 7-6 last fall but landed one of the transfer portal’s top quarterbacks in former Washington State star Cameron Ward”.
