Nick Soto Named Baseball’s Strength & Conditioning Coach

The Miami Hurricanes baseball staff just got bigger as JD Artega hired Nick Soto has the new Miami’s strentgh and conditioning coach.

Here is what they said:

“Nick is one of the most well-respected strength coaches in our game today,” Arteaga said. “He has helped shape many of the stars at the MLB level, including a couple of former Hurricanes. To me, Nick is more than just a difference maker as a strength and conditioning coach. He is a gamechanger in terms of fostering team culture, instilling discipline and developing our players to be the best athletes they can be.”

The individual, hailing from Miami, has had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most esteemed members of Major League Baseball, such as Manny Machado, Jean Segura, Yuli Gurriel, Lourdes Gurriel Jr., Zach Neto, in addition to fellow University of Miami alumni, Yonder Alonso and Romy Gonzalez.
