Ohio State Lineman Claims Miami Dropping Big Bucks to Flip Commits

The B&B Podcast recently had Ohio State offensive lineman Carson Hinzman as a guest. Hinzman was a little too blunt as the pod has since been taken down.

In the pod, Hinzman claimed that the Buckeyes practiced very little for their Cotton Bowl game against Missouri compared to last year in preparation for the playoffs. Additionally, to those claims, Hinzman also stated that “Ohio State doesn’t really like to pay guys a whole lot” when it comes to NIL payments and that lineman particularly “don’t get paid” at Ohio State.

Interestingly enough though in his claims, Hinzman alleges that Miami Hurricanes offered Buckeye commits Justin Scott and Jordan Lyle a big bag to flip their commitments.

True or not? Who knows but it’s legal now days and as the saying goes you play good, they pay good. NIL causes guys to get paid before they play but hopefully these two starts freshman produce on the field and lead Miami to the playoffs during their time at UM.
