PFF grades DL Rueben Bain as the best true freshman defensive lineman in the country

Rueben Bain a Miami Hurricanes defensive lineman was graded as the best true freshman in the country according to the PFF website.

“Hurricanes Bain” is what they call him and he played in all four-games as a Miami Hurricanes, he’s played over 119 snaps as a true freshman, and has produced an excellent Pro Football Focus grade of 84.1. 

Coming out of high school when he played for Miami Central High School, he had a impressive senior year with racking up 29.5 sacks in just one season.

Bain’s PFF rating is the highest of any Miami Hurricanes defensive player with a minimum of 100 snaps.
