Positive Buzz On Boozer Twins For Miami

Jeff Goodman on the Field of 68 podcast yesterday had feedback after spending the weekend in Indy at the EYBL. One notable was the recruitment of the Boozer Twins and he said its a two team race between Miami and Duke.

Obviously their dad played for Duke but not Jon Scheyer the current coach.

Both the Boozer twins came down on a visit to Miami during the 2023-24 season was happening and they were also taking other visits to Duke, Kentucky, and Florida along with more.

Cameron Boozer is the No. 1 prospect in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. The power forward is the top-ranked player in the class by three of those four companies. Cayden Boozer is the No. 15 prospect and No. 3 point guard in the cycle.

They currently live in Miami and attend Christopher Columbus High School (Fla.) so their current proximity to the school could be a draw to staying close to home.

Jim Larranaga offered the Boozers back in May and have been off to the races in making their presence known since. The pair has made it known that they are not committed to going to the same school as each other.

Miami does not have a player committed in its Class of 2025 despite extending offers to prospects across the country.
