Who will be the first prospect to commit to Miami in the class of 2025

Jim Larranaga has yet to land any players in the 2025 class to this point.

This raises the question: Who will be the inaugural member of Miami’s board? Will Miami secure this position first?

The most challenging aspect is the absence of potential candidates from Miami’s board who are expected to depart this month, unless there is an unexpected commitment.

On a positive note, Miami is considered a strong contender for several of the nation’s top recruits, including the Boozer Twins, whom Miami is a serious contender in.

Chance Mallory has placed Miami in his top six, though it may be difficult to convince him to leave Virginia, which seems to be a state of choice for him, either with the Hokies or elsewhere.

Miami is regarded as a formidable contender for Trey McKenney, alongside Ryan Crotty, Meleek Thomas, and Jerry Easter, with Miami also being a significant contender in this regard.

We will continue to keep you informed about the recruiting process, but at present, it appears that the Canes do not have any prospects who are ready to commit.

These times are indeed exciting under the leadership of Jim Larranaga, and it is only a matter of time before the first 2025 commitment is announced.
