Xavier Restrepo named Preseason All-American by PFF

PFF named Miami Hurricanes wide receiver Xavier Restrepo to Preseason All-American second team.

2024 will be Restrepo’s fifth with the Hurricanes. He’s steadily improved in each of the previous four, with his best season coming in 2023. All in all, Restrepo has caught 131 passes for 1,717 receiving yards and ten receiving touchdowns.

Xavier Restrepo played high school football at Deerfield Beach (FL), where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 645 overall recruit in the 2020 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Restrepo earned first-team All-ACC in 2023, Only 24 Miami receivers had at least 100 career receptions and nine have had over 2,000 yards.He’s is the leading receiving for the Canes and is one of the hardest-working players in college football.
