Background

Williams is yet another homegrown talent by the Hurricanes. Born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Williams played his high school football at Plantation American Heritage. There, he was a 5-star standout (247 Sports) and ranked as a top-15 recruit overall.

He passed on a slew of powerhouse programs to represent ‘The U’, committing to Miami over the likes of Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, and many others. He made seven starts as a true freshman in 2021 and resumed his starting role as a low safety for another 10 games as a true sophomore.

Best of luck to him!
